PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoreceptor excellent in water and oil repellency, scratch resistance and antifouling property and having long service life when used in liquid development using vegetable oil as a carrier liquid. SOLUTION: The surface of the photoreceptor is covered with a surface protective layer comprising a cured product of a fluorine-containing photocurable composition containing a fluorinated alkyl group-containing (meth)acrylate and a photopolymerization initiator, wherein a fluorine atom content of the surface protective layer is confined to 8.5-20 mass%.
