PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel excellent in display information quality while achieving both of a long lifetime and efficient initial setting. SOLUTION: The information display panel displays information such as an image by sealing a display medium having optical reflectance and charging property between two substrates at least one of which is transparent and applying an electric field to the display medium to move the medium, is provided, wherein the following polymer particles are used as particles for a display medium constituting the display medium. The polymer particles contain a binder resin, a charge controlling agent and a colorant, wherein the charge controlling agent contains a charge controlling agent soluble with and a charge controlling agent insoluble with the monomers as a main structural component of the binder resin. By using the above particles, the obtained information display panel achieves both of a long lifetime and efficient initial setting. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
