PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control structure of a building, which can exert a great damping force by enabling high energy absorption even if a building frame is hardly deformed by earthquakes etc. SOLUTION: A pair of supporting portions 7 and 7 is provided in an opposed manner in the building frame 1; a pendulum member 6 is supported by the pair of supporting portions 7 and 7; and a vibration control member 11 is provided between an end of the pendulum member 6 and the building frame (rectangular frame 3) 1. Thus, when the supporting portions 7 and 7 are displaced by the deformation of the building frame, the pendulum member 6 swings on an almost central portion between the supporting portions 7 and 7. Since the swing of the end of the pendulum member 6 is amplified, the deformation of the vibration control member, which is provided between the end of the pendulum member 6 and the building frame (rectangular frame 3) 1, can be amplified.
