A method of producing a curing solution containing tissue-cultured wild ginseng adventitious root and deep sea water is provided to ensure the efficacy of wild ginseng and minerals and inorganic matters of deep sea water to the curing solution. Tissue-cultured wild ginseng adventitious root frozen at -30deg.C is ground at 30rpm with a stone mill in the indoor atmosphere of 4deg.C while pouring deep sea water. Deep sea water is sterilized for 10min with an ultraviolet lamp. Onions, garlic and ginger are heated for 1hr and filtered to give liquid seasonings. Then 3 to 10% by weight of the ground tissue-cultured wild ginseng adventitious root is mixed with 80 to 87% by weight of the sterilized deep sea water and 3 to 17% by weight of the liquid seasonings. |
