A multi-layer condenser is provided to reduce an ESL(Equivalent Series Inductance) with a low manufacturing cost by not using a multi-terminal electrode. A multi-layer condenser includes a dielectric body(12), a first terminal electrode(31), a second terminal electrode(32), a first lead unit(21L), and a second lead unit(22L). The dielectric body of a rectangular shape is formed by alternatively stacking a plurality of dielectric layers, a first conducting layer, and a second conducting layer. The first terminal electrode is formed on a first side plane of the dielectric body in parallel with a stacked direction of the dielectric layer, the first conducting layer, and the second conducting layer. The second terminal electrode is formed on the first side plane apart from the first terminal electrode. The first conducting layer is drawn to the first side plane. The first lead unit is coupled to the first terminal electrode. The second conducting layer is drawn to the first side plane. The second lead unit is coupled to the second terminal electrode.
