A device for varying steering power in accordance with speed is provided to secure stability in high speed driving and to steer the vehicle easily in low speed driving. A device for varying steering power in accordance with variation of speed comprises a steering shaft divided into an upper steering shaft(2) and a lower steering shaft(3), and a moment arm length varying unit. The moment arm length varying unit has a plurality of rotary joints(11), a plurality of guide holes(14), a varying joint(13), and a connecting bar(20). The rotary joints are annularly assembled to a lower part of the upper steering shaft. The guide holes are annularly formed at an upper surface of the lower steering shaft. The varying joint is placed on the guide hole, and changes it's position. The length-adjustable connecting bar connects the rotary joint and the varying joint.
