A fermented soybean pill containing yogurt prepared is provided to reach the intestine without death by gastric juice or bile acid and to increase intestinal function and intestinal absorption rates. Fermented soybean powder is mixed with yogurt without addition of an adhesive such as glutinous rice paste and separate lactic acid bacteria and freeze-dried. Thereafter, plain yogurt is fixed to the fiber pore space of the fermented soybean powder containing live Bacillus subtilis and polysaccharide with a sticky viscosity to give a pill and then quickly dried at less than 40deg.C.
