A heat sink assembly is provided to enable a user to mount and separate a heat sink from a narrow space by mounting or separating the heat sink from a heated part when the user rotates the heat sink in a clockwise or anti-clockwise direction. A heated part(3) is mounted on a PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(5). A heat sink(10) discharges heat generated from the heated part to the outside. A supporting unit(30) is coupled with the heat sink when the heat sink is rotated, and supports the heat sink to the PCB to press/contact the heat sink with the heated part. The supporting unit includes a first bracket(31) placed on the heated part, forming a penetration hole(31c) passing the heat sink at the inside, and forming a female screw part(31d) at an inner circumferential face of the penetration hole, and a second bracket(33) mounted on the PCB and fixing the first bracket to the PCB. The first bracket includes a first cylindrical supporter forming the penetration hole and the female screw unit, and a second supporting part supporting the first supporter to the second bracket.
