An Rx circuit, an electronic device, and a signal processing method are provided to adjust the signal level of a cancel signal simply by adding the cancel signal when the signal level of a signal processing system is high. An RF(Radio Frequency) Rx circuit(20) in a portable phone comprises a cancel signal generation part(60), and an adding part(50). The cancel signal generation part creates a cancel signal(S12) to cancel a signal(S11) generated from an electronic circuit in the vicinity of a receiving part which receives an RF signal. At a certain position of a signal processing system which processes an Rx signal received by the receiving part, the adding part adds the cancel signal, generated from the cancel signal generation part, to the Rx signal.
