<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tamper evidence structure facilitating the first cap-opening operation and enabling exact judgment of the cap-opening history. <P>SOLUTION: A small protrusion 9 capable of being easily cut-off from a cap body 5 is mounted on the cap body 5, and a band-like body 16 capable of being easily cut-off from the cap main body 4 is mounted on the cap main body 4. The small protrusion 9 is inserted in a clearance between the band-like body 16 and a body part 15 of the cap main body 4 while the cap body 5 is attached to the cap main body 4, and an engagement nail part 10 of the small protrusion 9 engages an engagement step part 17 of the band-like body 16 to construct a confirmation protrusion 11 for recognizing the cap-opening history. A pinch part cutting-off the confirmation protrusion 11 is mounted on the side of the confirmation protrusion 11. Accordingly when the pinch part is pulled to open the cap for the first time, the confirmation protrusion 11 is easily cut-off and the cap becomes openable.
