PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform positioning by enhancing installation accuracy, by miniaturizing a device, when preventing generation of an abnormal sound by cutting off vibration of a cavitation phenomenon caused in a main liquid chamber so as not to be transmitted to the car body side. SOLUTION: A first bracket 1 and a second bracket 2 are joined by an insulator 3, and the main liquid chamber 5 and a sub-liquid chamber 7 formed inside are partitioned by a partition member 6, and are communicated by an orifice passage 8. The partition member 6 is supported to float between a partial extension part 12 of the insulator 3 and an outer peripheral thick part 40 of a diaphragm 10, and is tuned so as to generate rigid body resonance in a predetermined frequency. An outside ring 44 is arranged in the outer peripheral thick part 40, and an end part of an outer cylinder metal fitting 11 is integrated by a bent fixing part 46.
