PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely absorb pressure variation when the pressure of a liquid in a main liquid chamber is suddenly changed while suppressing an increase in the size of a device. SOLUTION: A tube part 20 is so installed in a liquid-filled space enclosed by a rubber elastic part 13 and a diaphragm 14 inside an outer tube 11 that both end openings open to the main liquid chamber 16 and an auxiliary liquid chamber 17, respectively. A valve element 24 moved due to a pressure difference when the vibration acts on the outer tube 11 or a mounting member 12 and the difference between the pressure of the liquid in the main chamber 16 and the pressure of the liquid in the auxiliary liquid chamber 17 exceeds a threshold to communicate the main liquid chamber 16 with the auxiliary liquid chamber 17 through the inside of the tube part 20 is installed in the tube part 20.
