<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a programmable general-purpose tire pressure sensor system capable of allowing common use of a tire pressure sensor in various kinds of vehicles, and its installation method. <P>SOLUTION: A tire pressure sensor system 10 comprises a sensor 11 capable of sensing the pressure and the temperature inside a tire, a receiver 12 capable of receiving a signal from the outside, and a storage set 13 which is connected to the sensor 11 and the receiver 12 and capable of storing a software program, and executing the reception and the processing of the signal transmitted from the sensor 11 and the receiver 12. A transmitter 14 is connected to the storage set 13, and capable of transmitting the signal transmitted from the storage set 13 to an external monitor control device by a wireless method. A power supply set 15 is connected to the sensor 11, the receiver 12, the storage set 13, and the transmitter 14, and capable of supplying the necessary power to the tire pressure sensor system 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
