PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a price of a product by reducing area of a chip/module.

SOLUTION: A nonvolatile memory module (100A) has memory cells (102), and a write-in control circuit (110A) in which trimming information is written in memory cells (102) based on boosting voltage (VPP) generated by an external trimming data write-in circuit (500) synchronizing with an external clock signal (SCLK).
