PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement multiservice by connecting one base station with one terminal by one wireless link. SOLUTION: A communication system performing communications by OFDMA system having a traffic channel consisting of a first subchannel including information indicating a subchannel which is permitted or not permitted to use, and a second subchannel storing the data of service in correspondence with the first subchannel comprises a communication control means 2-1 performing communications by a plurality of services by assigning a plurality of first subchannels, respectively, to a plurality of services and connecting one base station with one terminal by one wireless link.
