PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp with which a slip of paper can be attached to a rail plate regardless of size and quality of the paper and a notice can be posted (stuck) so that the paper slip can be stuck facing front. SOLUTION: There are three styles of the composition. The first one comprises a fitting section, an operation section and a pressing section. The second one comprises the fitting section and the operation section. The third one comprises the fitting section and the pressing section. The fitting section is a section for settling the clamp itself, the operation section is a part to pinch for attachment/detachment and the pressing section is a part for holding and pressing the notice paper. One which does not have the pressing section can have a piece of paper pressed to a groove of the upper rail with the fitting section, or can have a piece of soft paper pressed to the edge of the lower rail.
