摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems associated with mold molding requiring nano-level precision, e.g. molding of optical parts, that conventional methods based on geometrical improvement and/or spraying of a release agent deteriorate the precision owing to variation in the film thickness of the release agent and that, while adhesion of a release agent to the molding can produce disadvantages, molds using no release agent are not yet realized. SOLUTION: The mold has, on its surface as a release film, a water-and-oil-repellent carbon-fluoride-type chemical-adsorption film being uniform in the film thickness on a nano scale with the surface energy controlled. Even when having a nano-meter-level ultra-fine shape, a molding thereby shows excellent fluidity and penetrability of the molding in the mold, allowing high-precision molding.
