摘要 A fermentation process of organic waste is provided to prevent costs and operating time from increasing by securing thermal energy from the organic waste and post-treating the organic waste again before using the post-treated organic waste, and a thermal energy recovery apparatus using the fermentation process of organic waste is provided. A fermentation process of organic waste comprises: a step(S10) of stacking organic waste in a fermentation part that is a sealed inner space; a first fermentation step(S20) of starting the fermentation of the organic waste, and fermenting the organic waste in the sealed space until an inner temperature of the fermentation part reaches a set temperature range of 50 to 75 deg.C at which the formation of Streptomyces strains begins; and a second fermentation step(S30,S40) of fermenting the organic waste while maintaining the inner temperature of the fermentation part to the set temperature range of 50 to 75 deg.C by supplying air into the fermentation part if the inner temperature of the fermentation part reaches a set temperature or more due to the fermentation heat after the first fermentation, wherein the stacking is performed by containing the organic waste in a stacking box having a venthole formed therein, and a fan member and a heat exchanger are mounted on a top side of the fermentation part to control a deviation between upper and lower temperature limits within the fermentation part by supplying air from the outside into the fermentation part. Further, a height of the stacking box is 20 to 30cm.
