An outer wall decoration panel of a building using solar panels is provided to facilitate installation of the solar panels to the wall by attaching brackets to the solar panel, and coupling the brackets to anchors fixed to the wall. An outer wall decoration panel of a building using solar panels comprises a finishing panel(10) and a cover(20). The finishing panel includes a solar cell panel(11) and fixing brackets(12). The fixing brackets, which are installed at two sides of the solar cell panel, include terminal units with a pair of connection terminals, and bolt holes. The connection terminals are connected with solar cells of the solar cell panel via a panel connection wire. Fixing bolts anchored to a wall of a building are inserted into the bolt holes of the fixing bracket to fix the fixing bracket to the wall. The cover includes cover units which are mounted on the terminal units of the neighboring fixing brackets. Each cover unit has a pair of connection terminals which are assembled to the connection terminals of the terminal unit. |
