A cleaning, detaching, and mounting apparatus of a stud bolt and a nut for a reactor is provided to check a work state and prevent scattering of radioactive substances and radioactive exposure of a worker by installing a transparent window and a blocking screen in equipment. A cleaning, detaching, and mounting apparatus of a stud bolt(3) and a nut for a reactor includes a rail(100), a cleaning, detaching, and mounting device(200), and a control unit(300). The rail is mounted at a lower part of a multiple stud tensioner to be assembled and disassembled. The cleaning, detaching, and mounting device is movably installed on the rail to clean and remount the stud bolt and the nut of the multiple stud tensioner. The control unit controls the cleaning, detaching, and mounting device automatically or manually.
