A solderable elastic electric contact terminal is provided to allow a solder to be bonded to a printed circuit board by contacting with a metallic reinforcement bar through a gap by using the metallic reinforcement bar. A solderable elastic electric contact terminal includes an insulating elastic core(10), an insulating non-foam rubber coated layer(20), and a heat-resistance polymer film(30). The insulating elastic core is made of a tube-shaped non-foam rubber. The insulating non-foam rubber coated layer is in contact with the insulating core with surrounding it. One surface of the heat-resistance polymer film is bonded to the insulating non-foam rubber coated layer to surround the insulating non-foam rubber coated layer and a metal layer(40) is integrally formed on the other surface of the heat-resistance polymer film.
