A clamping apparatus of a window regulator in a vehicle is provided to save time required for assembling a door by easily adjusting a horizontal level using an insertion rod. A clamping apparatus of a window regulator in a vehicle comprises a carrier plate(40), a fixing member(50) and a position translation member(60). The window regulator is coupled to a wire, which circulates in the door, to vertically move a window. The carrier plate is coupled to the window and including a pair of support pieces(41) having a screw hole(41a) vertically elongated. The fixing member is coupled to the wire and includes a fixing piece(53) having a through-hole(53a). The position translation member connects the carrier plate to the fixing member. The position translation member includes an insertion rod and a motion prevention member.
