A portable multi-functional amplifier is provided to be moved and installed easily, thereby outputting audio and video signals according to various sound sources at various places. A portable multi-functional amplifier comprises panels, speakers, handles, and wheels(27). The panel includes first and second wireless microphone antennas(1,2), a cassette deck(3), a CD player(5), first and second wireless microphone receivers(7,9), volumes(10~17), display lights(18,19), input and output terminals(20,23,24), a memory card insertion slot(22), and a control circuit and an amplifying circuit. The cassette deck plays a sound source from a cassette tape. The CD player, attached to a USB terminal(4), plays various kinds of disks.
