An anisotropic conductive film is provided to prevent a short between electrodes by avoiding the use of conductive balls, to allow formation of a micropattern through photolithography, and to enable application to a very fine pitch of 10 micrometers or less. An anisotropic conductive film is obtained by the method comprising the steps of: (i) coating a conductor paste(10) containing metal nanopowder onto a film(20); (ii) forming a pattern on the film by using a photolithographic process. In step (i), the metal nanopowder comprises any one selected from Au, Ag, Al, Cu, Ni and In. The conductor paste further comprises a photoinitiator, monomers and polymerization additives in addition to the metal nanopowder to enable photography.
