A structure for compensating a tool of a boring machine is provided to prevent a hydraulic oil necessary for the operation of a tool compensation unit from being mixed with a coolant necessary for a boring operation. A booster body(3) is formed with a coolant introducing passage(1). A main shaft(7) is formed at the central portion thereof with a hydraulic oil passage(5). A hydraulic oil supplying nipple(9) is coupled to one end of the main shaft such that the hydraulic oil supplying nipple relatively rotates. A coolant passage(11) is provided in the main shaft. The coolant passage is spaced apart from the hydraulic oil passage. A coolant transmitting unit connects the coolant introducing passage to the coolant passage.
