A device for measuring an air intake area of an engine room is provided to focus an image of an actual size on a Fresnel lens by using a parallel light generated in the rear of the air intake area. A device for measuring an air intake area of an engine room includes a blower unit(10), a sealing unit(20), an imaging unit(40), and a control and calculation unit(90). The sealing unit seals between the blower unit and the front part of a vehicle. The imaging unit is installed inside the sealing unit and takes images by moving at an angle of introducing the air into the air intake hole of a radiator. The control and calculation unit controls the operation of the imaging unit and calculates the area of the air intake hole from the image obtained by the imaging unit.
