An element for an engine oil cooler is provided to reduce the size of an engine oil cooler by improving cooling performance of the element installed in the engine oil cooler. An element(10) for an engine oil cooler comprises a plurality of tube plates(1), which are stacked at regular interval to cool engine oil passing therethrough. A core fin(2) is installed between tube plates. The core fin is formed by repeatedly bending a metal thin plate. The core fin is inserted between tube plates through a brazing scheme. The core fin is made from an aluminum alloy having superior heat conductivity. Since the core fin is installed between the tube plates, a heating area of the tube plate is enlarged so that heat exchange performance is improved.
