A fish lamp device capable of freely adjusting an illuminating angle, particularly, keeping constant an illuminating direction even if a ship is rolled. The fish lamp device comprises fish lamps mounted on the ship and illuminating a sea surface, an angle changeable device for changing the elevation angle of the fish lamps, a detection means for detecting the rotating angle of the ship resulting from pitching and rolling, and a control means controlling the elevation angle of the fish lamps to a prescribed value by controlling the angle changeable device based on the rotating angle of the ship detected by the detection means.
