A method for manufacturing paver bricks having pores is provided to produce the paver bricks that have very good water permeability and excellent mechanical strength and prevent urban streams from overflowing, and to reduce a manufacturing cost. A method for manufacturing paver bricks having pores includes the steps of: (a) mixing 40-50wt% of kaolin with 10-20wt% of clay and grinding the mixture; (b) mixing the resultant with 5-15wt% of artificial marble dusts, 10-20wt% of coal fly ash, and 10-20wt% of stone dust sludge, and molding the mixture into a predetermined shape using a molding machine; (c) cutting the molded material with a cutter; (d) pressurizing the cut molded body into a paver brick having pores using a press so as to form narrow upper part and wide lower part type pores; and (e) drying the molded paver brick having pores at 50-150 °C for 40-50 hours, pre-heating the brick at 1,050-1,150 °C for 24 hours, and firing and cooling the brick.
