<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To select the optimal phase suitable for a synchronizing signal from a plurality of phases and to select the optimal synchronizing signal even when there is much communication jitter. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving terminal (1) is provided with: a data change point detection circuit (14) for performing multi-phase sampling of the encoded digital data and detecting change points of each piece of sampling data by every phase; a change frequency totaling circuit (15) for totaling the change points detected by the data change point detection circuit by every phase; and a sampling phase selection circuit (13) for outputting an antiphase of a sample phase in which change frequencies by every phase totaled by the change frequency totaling circuit and or an added value of the change frequencies by every phase totaled by the change frequency totaling circuit and the change frequencies of at least one adjacent phase are the most as extraction timing of the digital data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
