<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which can cope with a problem of a local characteristic fluctuation effectively and can satisfy a dual requirement of a high speed and a low power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The semiconductor device 100 comprises: a plurality of sensor circuits 101a to 101g which are disposed uniformly therein for detecting the local characteristic fluctuation in a disposed location as delay information; and an output interface circuit 102 for collecting the delay information detected by the plurality of sensor circuits 101a to 101g to send it outside. On the outside thereof, the semiconductor device 100 further comprises: a computing part 110 which processes the detected delay information statistically and judges a state of a process variation and the like to produce a control code; an output voltage controller 120 for determining a voltage to be outputted from the control code recorded in a nonvolatile memory 103; and a power source voltage generator 130 for supplying a power source voltage 131a and a grounding potential 131b to the semiconductor device 100. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
