<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing alcoholic drinks such as Japanese sake, Shochu, whisky, fruit wine and bear, which utilize features of raw materials more than before by corresponding to diversified preference, show superiority to conventionals, and have flavor-enriched taste. <P>SOLUTION: Alcoholic drink production raw materials of grains such as wheat and rice and fruits, which are refined and absorb materials contained in water and snow, are prepared by cold exposure processing treatment of the grains such as wheat and rice and the fruits, which treatment utilizes water and snow.
