PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manual sheet material feeder capable of quickly recognizing a real paper sheet size and preventing an operation stop (a jam) due to a wrong set and a setting miss, and to provide an image forming device with the same. SOLUTION: This manual sheet material feeder having a movable stacker 2 capable of housing sheet materials P of a plurality of sizes and moving in the feeding direction has an end fence 3 for regulating a feeding directional end of the sheet material P.
