PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an erroneous alarm and erroneous braking by a moving body or a stop target existing in another adjacent track due to an observation error in controlling the moving body moving on the track utilizing GPS observation. SOLUTION: This moving body control device 100 comprises a controller 108, a GPS receiver 113, radio equipment 115 transmitting/receiving to/from moving body control devices of other moving bodies, a brake 107 and an alarm unit 109. The controller comprises a means for storing track information such as every line on which one's own moving body travels and line names, and a means for comparing the other moving body or the stop target with the track information of the own moving body.
