PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electric equipment units of an air conditioner, preventing water from entering the printed board side without any increase in assembling cost, and an outdoor unit of air conditioner including it. SOLUTION: In this outdoor unit 1, an electric equipment unit 45 is provided with an outer board 50 and a resin member 51. The outer board 50 is extended in the vertical direction. The resin member 51 comes into contact with the outer board 50 from inside to hold a driving P board 51a on the opposite surface to a facing surface 53h facing the outer board 50.
