PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dispense game mediums in a constant amount by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The tokens, which are stored in an upper tank 34 for storing the game tokens, are ejected by an ejecting means 82. Portable mugs 38 for storing the ejected tokens are removably stored in mug rests 90. Temporary reservoir hoppers 84 are provided in the middle of a token moving path between the ejecting means 82 and the mug rests 90. The temporary reservoir hopper 84 has a feeding port 85, to which the tokens from the ejecting means 82 are fed, and an ejecting port 88 for ejecting the tokens. When the number of tokens fed in the temporary reservoir hopper 84 exceeds the maximum capacity of the temporary reservoir hopper 84, the tokens overflow the feeding port 85.
