Swivel head is used on the pin joints (8a) at the ends of a connecting rod (6) between the rotor (2) and drive shaft of an eccentric screw pump. It has two transverse bores (11), into which the ends of a pin (13) fit after passing through the rod. These are fitted with bushes (14) which are prevented from moving transversely by stops (18) which cooperate with stops (17) on the bore passing through the rod.
