A cinerary urn vacuum packing apparatus and a cinerary cabinet with a cinerary urn are provided to prevent an insect or a bad small from being generated in ashes inside the cinerary urn by charging a case or the cinerary urn with gas such as nitrogen, neon, or argon after making the inside of the cinerary urn or the case vacuum. A case(100a) has a first space(110a) to receive a cinerary urn(101a) with ashes(101b). A chamber(200) has a door(220) and has a second space(210) between with the case. A pipe(300) has a first pipe(310) connected to the second space of the chamber and a second pipe(320) whose ends are connected to the first pipe and the case respectively. A first valve(400) is connected to the second space of the chamber and the first space of the case through the pipe, opened to make the first and second spaces vacuum, and closed after vacuum setting. A second valve(500) is connected to the second space of the chamber and opened to inject air into the second space when the first valve is closed. A third valve(600) connects the first pipe and the second pipe and closes communication between the first and second pipes when the second valve is opened to inject the air into the second space.
