A zero-point adjusting device is provided to improve convenience in zero-point adjustment by installing an elastic member to press an input shaft in a driven gear of a potentiometer. A zero-point adjusting device includes a relay shaft, an input shaft(21), a driven gear(30), and an elastic member(40). The relay shaft is connected to an output member of a target device and has a relay gear. The input shaft is connected to a measuring device. The driven gear has a shaft hole(31) with a cross section larger than that of the input shaft and a receiving unit(33) formed around the shaft hole. The driven gear is engaged with the relay gear of the relay shaft. The elastic member is installed in the receiving unit of the driven gear and presses the input shaft to transmit rotary motion of the relay shaft to the input shaft.
