<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems that when attempting to apply a conventional DSRC wireless apparatus to an automatic fee collection system for parking lot, for example, the price of the apparatus itself is high, the apparatus itself is also large-sized and multi-functioning is desired to deal with various purposes of use. <P>SOLUTION: A MODEM section, an FPGA with a function of a DSRC L1 section packaged therein, other DSRC protocols, an ELCP section, an LPCP section and a CPU with a function of a LAN interface section packaged therein are housed within a DSRC road-side unit. Furthermore, a LAN interface, an LPP section, a basic application I/F section, a CPU with a function of a user application section packaged therein, and a memory section storing data corresponding to a plurality of applications are housed within a DSRC control PC.
