<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a customer by preventing accidental or intentional leak of information by a person in charge who handles the information, or erasing, when no purpose for using the information exists, both electronic information and a paper document for the information, and reporting that effect. <P>SOLUTION: A teller terminal 102 registers input personal information to a personal information management DB, converts information for specifying the registered personal information and a customer mail address to a QR code 104, and prints a personal information document 108 to which an image read from an identification 109 and the QR code 104 are pasted. When the personal information document 108 is disposed, a disposal device 113 reads and analyzes the QR code 104 from the document 108, deletes the personal information specified from the analysis result from the personal information management DB, and reports, when disposal of the document 108 and deletion of the personal information from the DB are completed, that effect by use of the customer mail address in the QR code 104. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
