<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it impossible to decipher characters printed by a copying machine, a printer, a facsimile or the like from both of the front and back surface sides. <P>SOLUTION: The ink comprises at least 30-60 wt.% titanium oxide, a black pigment, water and/or an organic solvent, and a resin, and provides a coated film coated on a white part of a contrast ratio test paper (JIS K 5600) by 50μm applicator and having 10-60% Y-value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
