PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve excellent communication in a multi-path environment.

SOLUTION: A time slot formed by time division multiplexing is divided into a plurality of blocks at least in a frequency direction, a plurality of subcarriers are formed within the blocks and one communication channel is formed from blocks of a prescribed number, thereby forming a plurality of communication channels within the time slot. Thus, the inside of one time slot can be multiplexed in multicarrier communication separated in a frequency manner, so that communication can be excellently performed, in simple configuration, even in the environment where the multi-path is present.
