<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser cutting apparatus which is made so that a workpiece is not scratched by residue such as dross produced in a cutting part. <P>SOLUTION: This apparatus is an apparatus for applying cutting work to the workpiece W by emitting a laser beam L from a nozzle 12 of a working head 2 which is provided with an upper working head 2 and a lower working stand 3 so as to insert the workpiece W such as a metallic sheet and provided with a condensing lens 11 and moving the workpiece W on a plane relatively to the working head 2 and the working stand 3. In this laser cutting apparatus, the working stand 3 has a lower holder 26 in the upper end part situated just under the workpiece W and the lower holder 26 is provided with ultrasonic wave oscillating means 27, 28, 29, 30 for oscillating the ultrasonic wave in the upper part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
