<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foodstuff container which is excellent in not only safety and heat resistance but also oil resistance and impact resistance, and has a small haze value. <P>SOLUTION: The foodstuff container is obtained by molding a norbornene ring-opening polymer hydrogenated product which is obtained by hydrogenating≥80% of C-C double bonds of a ring-opening polymer obtained by ring-opening polymerization of 2-norbornene or a monomer mixture consisting of 2-norbornene and a substituted group-containing norbornene monomer, and which keeps the presence ratio of 2-norbornene-derived repeating units (A) to the whole repeating units ranging 90-100 wt.%, and the presence ratio of the substituted group-containing norbornene monomer-derived repeating units (B) to the whole repeating units is 0-10 wt.%, and the melting point is in a range of 110-145°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
