PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of accessing predetermined content in a short period of time by preparing a simple content list in a short period of time, and to provide a content list preparing method and a program. SOLUTION: A usage frequency recording part 15 for recording a usage frequency in each kind of attribute information used for sorting by a sorting part 14 is provided, an extracting part 12 extracts attribute information corresponding to the kind of attribute information having a high usage frequency and stored in the usage frequency storing part 15 among a plurality of pieces of attribute information stored in a storing part 32, and a list preparing part 13 prepares a content list on the basis of the attribute information corresponding to the kind of the attribute information having a high usage frequency.
