PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make processing load required for preparation of a brake pattern of a train controller constant even if a plurality of speed restrictions exist up to a stopping point. SOLUTION: In the train controller, the brake pattern to the speed restriction and the stopping point is prepared in the train controller from information fed from a ground device and on-vehicle database memorized in the train controller of an on-vehicle device to perform train control. The brake pattern of fixed speed restriction is prepared from the on-vehicle database during when the previously prepared information is registered on the on-vehicle database or during initial processing of the on-vehicle device, and is memorized in the on-vehicle device. The brake pattern to the stopping point and the brake pattern to the temporary speed restriction are played/prepared on the on-vehicle device in every constant period, thereby the processing load required for preparation of the brake pattern is made constant.
