PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized treatment mechanism capable of making a treater perform kneading, pinching and massaging. SOLUTION: The treatment mechanism comprises: a first arm 11 and a second arm 12 provided so that they can be swung around a swing axial center C1 extending to the user side and distal ends can be close and separated to/from each other; a single driving means 5 provided with a single drive shaft 5a for rotationally driving the drive shaft 5a; and an eccentric cam 7. The treater 3 is attached to the distal end of the first arm 11 and the treater 4 is attached to the distal end of the second arm 12. The eccentric cam 7 converts the rotary movement of the drive shaft 5a to the movement of swinging the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 around the swing axial center C1 and the movement of bringing the first arm 11 and the second arm 12 close and separating them.
