Process to recognise the presence of a defective slipping clutch on multi-wheel drive system by comparison of engine speed and gear speed

A process detects defective slipping clutches forming part of a multi-wheel multi-axle drive system. A system monitors the engine speed and respective gear speeds. When the clutch is engaged, the system recognises the difference between the motor speed and gear speed.
