The present invention relates to an inclusion complex containing clopidogrel with superior storage stability, more particularly to a pharmaceutically stable and suitable inclusion complex obtained by reacting S-(+)-clopidogrel [methyl (+)-(S)-a- (o-chlorophenyl)-6/7-dihydrothieno[3/2-c]pyridin-5(4H)-acetate] represented by the formula (1) below with ß-cyclodextrin at a specific equivalence ratio, and an antiplatelet agent composition comprising the same as an active ingredient:
